2025 Greenbuild Campbell Tour: Award Winning Living Building
Join the 2025 Greenbuild Campbell Tour to explore the Campbell Collective—a USGBC-CA 2022 Sustainable Innovation Award winner and Living Building Challenge–certified home. This regenerative retrofit showcases true net-positive living through solar-powered water generation, greywater reuse, rainwater harvesting, and on-site food production.
Attendees will experience firsthand how a 1947 Los Angeles residence was transformed into a zero-energy, net-positive water homestead, achieving Living Building Challenge petals for Place, Beauty, and Health & Happiness. Learn from the project team about LEED-aligned strategies, Red List-free materials, permaculture integration, and resilience planning for off-grid independence.
